When you first meet with us, we will sit down and listen to you to find out why you have come to see us. We often start with the question of "What is the main issue you would like to address?" We can then talk about what progress you've achieved towards your goals at hand and what we can do to help reach those goals in your desired time frame.

Our second meeting allows us to discuss the specifics of our recommendations to help you meet your goal and how we can implement them to get started.
